Silversmithing - The One Ring

After many years of research and collection of tools, the Essendon Gem Club now offers silversmithing courses to members. For a reasonable fee, members can learn silversmithing techniques by making a sterling silver ring (set with cabochon if desired). Learn about metal properties, soldering, annealing, hammer work, raising, bouging and joining.

At the completion of the course, members can continue to make use of the tools and facilities to further their new skills on other projects. The Club also arranges affordable purchasing of silver if required.
